New Image Surfaces from Godzilla: King of the Monsters

Our titular kaiju comes face-to-face with a human-filled vessel on the sea.

It’s been a busy week for Godzilla: King of the Monsters and we have another new photo to tide you over until this film can finally hit theaters next month. Yesterday, we received a preview of the movie’s music, including a track featuring System of a Down’s Serj Tankian, but today brings us a nice, clear shot of the king himself on the open water, courtesy of EW. Check out the latest photo of Godzilla below!

You can give the latest trailer a watch above as well, but in the meantime, here’s what you can expect from Godzilla: King of the Monsters when it smashes into theaters this May.

Based on a script written by Zach Shields, director Michael Dougherty, and Max Borenstein, Godzilla: King of the Monsters stars Kyle Chandler, Vera Farmiga, Millie Bobby Brown, Bradley Whitford, Sally Hawkins, Charles Dance, Thomas Middleditch, O'Shea Jackson Jr., Ken Watanabe, and Zhang Ziyi. The film is due out on May 31st, 2019.
