Jessica Lange Returns in Extended American Horror Story: Apocalypse Episode
It's time to return to the Murder House and say hello to some familiar faces.
By Chris Morse
The next episode of American Horror Story: Apocalypse looks to be a very special one as we are returning to where it all began, the Murder House. Not only is this an extended episode, clocking in at around 55 minutes (excluding commercials), it is also the directorial debut of Sarah Paulson and the return of Jessica Lange. There's a whole lot going on here.
FX released the above official preview for the episode that shows Madison's arrival at the Murder House, along with a few teases of its ghostly inhabitants and other happenings from throughout the episode. Most importantly, however, we get our first glimpse at Jessica Lange's return as Constance Langdon and we are ready to watch all of this unfold.
A typical episode of the show clocks in at just over 40 minutes, so we're looking at an extra 15 minutes or so out of this one. The with-commercials broadcast itself runs 1 hour and 18 minutes in length. That being said, this is looking like it will be one of the most exciting episodes of the season yet.
American Horror Story continues Wednesday nights on FX.
