Living Dead Weekend Monroeville 2019 Will Feature Dawn of the Dead, Creepshow Reunions

This year's convention in Moneroeville, PA is sure to be a scary good time.

Attention, PA area horror fans! You may want to clear your calendars and start planning your trip now. This year's Living Dead Weekend in Monroeville, Pennsylvania, hosted by the Living Dead Museum and Gift Shop, will feature reunions for both Creepshow and Dawn of the Dead.

Confirmed celebrity appearances will include Christine Romero, Tom Savini, John Amplas (Rooftop Thug in Dawn of the Dead, Nathan Graham in Creepshow), Creepshow 2 director and frequent Romero collaborator Michael Gornick, horror animator Rick Cartizone, and many more, with new appearances still being announced. The event itself will be hosted in the Monroeville Mall, where George A. Romero shot most of Dawn of the Dead.

Beyond these celebrity meet and greets, numerous activities and events are being offered during Living Dead Weekend, such as a guided Dawn of the Dead filming location tour of the mall, special photo opportunities, Q&A panels, and a limited VIP Mixer party.

Living Dead Weekend in Monroeville will run from June 14th to the 16th. Tickets are available for pre-order now, as are passes for many of the special limited events, such as the the guided tour. Make sure to act quickly, since you will not want to miss this epic reunion and celebration of all things Romero!
