Hot off its recent renewal, AMC’s The Walking Dead will soon return for the second half of its ninth season, continuing the Whisperers story arc set into motion during the midseason finale, which aired back in November. It’s been a long break, but are finally ready to return to the zombie apocalypse and watch how the latest struggle for our survivors unfolds.
To help build excitement for Sunday’s upcoming episode, AMC has released four character posters showing off the series’ current lead characters, starting with Daryl, whose actor Norman Reedus is now the top-billed star of the show. The remaining three posters highlight Danai Gurira’s Michonne, Cailey Fleming’s Judith, and Melissa McBride’s Carol. Have a look below for the new images.
The Walking Dead will return for eight more episodes on February 10th at its usual time, but AMC Premiere subscribers can stream the midseason premiere right now.
