The penultimate episode of Telltale’s The Walking Dead: The Final Season arrives next week and Skybound Games has finally released the full trailer for it. You may recall that Robert Kirkman's studio took over the project after the closure of Telltale Games, which initially threatened to leave the series without a conclusion.

The remaining two episodes were cancelled when the studio shut down, but Skybound stepped in to take over the project, all the while bringing on board a number of former Telltale staff and ensuring that our hero Clementine will get the proper sendoff she deserves. Now, the first result of this rescue effort can be seen in the official trailer for episode 3, titled “Broken Toys,” which you can watch above.

New PC purchases of The Walking Dead: The Final Season or any of its individual new episodes outside of the season pass will be exclusive to the Epic Games Store, which already has a product page online for the game. Those who already purchased a season pass elsewhere will not have to change anything, as they will have the new episodes delivered through the same platform they were purchased on. It should also be noted that nothing has changed for console players either.

The fourth and final episode of The Walking Dead: The Final Season, titled “Take Us Back” does not yet have a release date, but episode 3 will be available on January 15th, 2019. Stay tuned for updates on the remainder of the series here on Dead Entertainment.
