We've known for some time that Diablo III: Eternal Collection would be making its way to the Switch but it would appear that Nintendo is rolling out the red carpet for this new port. Blizzard has announced a brand-new Nintendo Switch bundle tailor-made for die-hard fans of the popular dungeon-crawling franchise. This bundle will be sold exclusively at GameStop.
For starters, the console and dock are stylized with some special Diablo-themed artwork and the bundle also includes a devilish-looking carrying case for the hybrid console. Finally, you get a download code for Diablo III: Eternal Collection to get your demon slaying on. This bundle will retail for $359.99.
Just to recap, the Nintendo Switch version of Diablo III: Eternal Collection will include the Reaper of Souls expansion as well as the Rise of the Necromancer DLC pack. In addition to that, the game will feature a few Nintendo-exclusive goodies such as a Legend of Zelda Ganondorf armor set, Tri-Force portrait frame, cucco pet, and an "Echoes of the Mask" cosmetic wings appearance item.
You will be able to play online via the Nintendo Switch Online service, which launches in September, or in-person with up to 4 players on either a single Switch or 4 separate consoles linked wirelessly. The latter options will not require an internet connection.
Diablo III: Eternal Collection for the Nintendo Switch will arrive on November 2nd.
