NECA strikes again with another cool Nightmare on Elm Street action figure. This time, it looks like collectors are getting the Freddy-turned-TV set from A Nightmare of Elm Street 3: Dream Warriors, specifically from Jennifer's death scene. NECA revealed this latest figure via an official surprise tweet late Friday afternoon.

As you can see from the teaser image above, this new iteration of Freddy is unlike anything we have received before and has the same impressive level of detail we've come to expect from NECA. Admittedly, when news of yet another Nightmare figure was making its rounds, we were skeptical. How many Freddy Krueger figures can be made before it gets redundant? The answer is apparently a lot, as this new figure has shown NECA is not afraid to tackle something outside of the norm.
No other details, such as a price or release date, have been announced at this time but should be coming in the near future. What are your thoughts on the new TV Freddy figure? Will you be picking him up or will you be cutting the cord and cancelling your cable subscription on Elm Street?
