At the 2019 New Jersey Horror Con and Film Festival in Atlantic City, NJ, The Stand TV miniseries director Mick Garris held a special panel event to discuss his career and take part in a Q&A session with fans in the audience. Our very own Ray Morse and M.T. Bates were in attendance for the show and recorded it for your viewing pleasure.
You can watch the event in its entirety above and don't forget to subscribe to the Dead Entertainment YouTube channel while you're at it, especially if you want to see more exclusive horror content in the coming weeks and months (and beyond). We will be covering more of this type of event going forward.
During the panel, we learned about why the miniseries is unlikely to make it on to Blu-ray anytime soon, but we are still holding on to hope that renewed interest in the story from the upcoming CBS All Access event series might help fuel interest in someday revitalizing this classic. Nonetheless, the panel was certainly an interesting watch and we hope you enjoy checking it out.
The video was recorded on March 30th, 2019 at New Jersey Horror Con and Film Festival 2019.
