The Walking Dead Season 9 Gets New Photos and Synopsis
Here is your latest look at the upcoming season of the AMC series.
By Chris Morse
AMC has released the latest official preview for season 9 of The Walking Dead, which consists of new key art, character photos, and a season synopsis to hint at where the story is going to be when we return this fall. Rick Grimes is still front and center in the key art, sporting his signature sheriff's hat, with a backdrop of a ruined Washington D.C., reinforcing the earlier hint that this season might take a handful of our characters to the nation's capital. Check out the poster below.
Up next, we have a total of 15 character photos highlighting the major returning characters as well as the official synopsis for season 9. The photos put each of our characters in the forests, but we can see more of an autumn hue on the pictures and in the shots themselves, which indicates that we might finally be getting some seasonal variety in the show.
You can find the upcoming season's preview description below, followed by the brand-new set of character photos.
