Full Trailer for American Horror Story: Apocalypse Arrives
Welcome to the end of the world. You may never leave the building.
By Chris Morse
After yesterday's initial preview, FX has wasted no time in unleashing the full trailer for American Horror Story: Apocalypse and finally pulled back the curtain for fans to see what this crossover is all about. There are no vague hints or teases here with the cast and characters on full display as the world crumbles around them. While the major theme here is Murder House meeting Coven, all of this is underscored by a nuclear explosion, leaving everything in ruins with a handful of survivors arriving at a supposedly safe place called Outpost 3.
Several scenes are teased from beyond the walls of that outpost and things aren't looking good out there with even zombies making an appearance in the new trailer. Things may not be much better on the inside, either, as Cody Fern's Michael Langdon is introduced as the antichrist with Kathy Bates giving him a "Hail Satan" of her approval. Otherwise, we can see numerous Murder House and Coven characters on display as they come to grips with their own horrors in this apocalypse.
Watch the full trailer above and get ready for American Horror Story to return with its latest story, Apocalypse, on September 12th.
