This Thursday, the first season of The Twilight Zone comes to a close with its final episode, titled “Blurryman.” In addition, as previously announced, the same day will also bring us black and white versions of every episode in the season, including this finale. Although this will be the last episode of the show's initial run, CBS All Access has already confirmed that the revival series will be brought back for a second season, so expect news on more installments in the not-too-distant future.
“Blurryman” will arrive on May 30th and follows a writer who is haunted by a mysterious figure. The episode stars Zazie Beetz (Deadpool 2, Atlanta), Seth Rogen (This is the End, Pineapple Express), and Betty Gabriel (Get Out, The Purge: Election Year).
Jordan Peele executive produces this reboot for the CBS All Access streaming platform and also serves as the show's host, filling the shoes of the legendary Rod Serling, who created the original series back in 1959. Following a strung debut, the series has already been renewed for a second season.
The Twilight Zone's first nine episodes are streaming now with a new one arriving each Thursday. Stay tuned to Dead Entertainment for all of the latest on this series.
