Overlord's First Trailer Combines Zombies with World War II
Producer J.J. Abrams is on board, but this is not a Cloverfield movie.
By Chris Morse
Although it was rumored that the new J.J. Abrams-produced project coming from Paramount Pictures might be the next installment in the Cloverfield universe, which is not the case, at least this movie features Nazi zombies in a World War II setting. The first official trailer for Overlord has just been revealed and it's a time machine back to the night before D-Day, only with zombies.
Other than the trailer above, we know little about this film beyond what we see here. What we do know is that Overlord is directed by Julius Avery and written by Billy Ray and Mark L. Smith. J.J. Abrams is on board as producer and it will hit theaters on November 9th, 2018.
Check out the trailer and let us know what you think.
